When Mel graduated Chiropractic school in 2016, she dove headfirst into her entrepreneurial journey by opening up her first business, Inspire Life Chiropractic Center (ILCC) in the spring of 2017.

FAST-GROWING, CASH-ONLY OFFICE

While this was fun and exhilarating, it was NOT without challenges and heartache. However, as a fast-growing cash office and expanding holistic team, the office became profitable in the first month allowing the option to grow their reach in many different ways beyond the walls of the office.

The more lives impacted, the more people desired to deepen their results in both health and business. She got to thinking – How can I honor the integrity of what I provide in the office while also expanding my reach into coaching, courses, workshops, retreats, and more?

SUCCESSFUL PRACTICE TO FOUR LOCATIONS

Stephanie opened a pediatric-focused practice with a 600 square-foot single location. Over the years, she has expanded into FOUR locations with her husband.

JUGGLING MULTIPLE BUSINESS, PARENTHOOD, & CHALLENGES

She also manages a consulting & coaching business and a real estate company, while being a mom, which is a full-time gig in itself.

Steph and her husband knew early on in their careers they didn’t want to rely on one income source so they opened separate practices and ran them very differently to cover their bases.

In 2019, an insurance change happened to chiropractic reimbursements and instead of great reimbursements, they started getting capped at $24.50/visit. Initially, they panicked. It was then they had realized ALL of our income was dependent on healthcare. They figured out a way to make it work, but it was in that moment they vowed to never rely solely on one type of income again.

That is when Steph decided to launch her consulting business to teach how to diversify and scale multiple businesses without the overwhelm.

FIRED 8 TIMES TO 7-FIGURE MARKETING AGENCY

From 2005 to 2012, the most Clay ever made in a year was $48,000. He was hopping job to job, getting fired from most of them (8 times, actually). Unsure what he wanted to do with his life.
